Congratulations to Ryan Johnson for being selected as Player of the Year. The Junior LHP went 6-0 on the season with a school record 1.12 ERA. Ryan pitched 62 innings for the Timberwolves this season with 60 Stikeouts. Ryan pitched 3 shutouts on the season. Ryan's career win-loss record is now 15-1 over the past 2 seasons. Ryan was voted the District 25-4A Newcomer of the Year in 2011. Ryan was voted the MVP of District 25-4A in 2012. Ryan has been named to the 2012 THSBCA Junior "Team Texas" that will compete in the Sunbelt Classic in Oklahoma in June. View Previous Selections

Congratulations to Austin English for being selected as Player of the Week. This is Austin's first selection as a Player of the Week. Austin pitched 2.1 innings of scoreless relief in the Timberwolves 4-3, 9 inning win over the Boerne Champion Chargers in Game 1 of their best-of-three Area Championship Series. Austin recorded 2 strikeouts, 2 base on balls, and allowed no hits to the Chargers. Austin lowered his ERA to 1.94 for the season and ran his season pitching record to 3-0. Cedar Park dropped both Game 2 and Game 3 to Champion by the score of 4-3 and 2-1. The Timberwolves end their season at 22 wins, 12 losses and 1 tie.View Previous Selections

Posted: Fri, May 11 2012 Congratulations to Nathan Harwell for being selected as Player of the Week. This is Nathan's 3rd selection as Player of the Week. Nathan had an outstanding series against the Lanier Vikings in their best-of-three series in which the Timberwolves won by the scores of 9-0 and 3-2. Nathan was 4 for 8(.500)in the two games, improving his AB to .364, and scoring 4 runs, all 3 runs scored by the T-wolves in Game 2 including the game winner. Nathan has a stolen base and threw out a runner at Second Base.
Congrats to Pitchers Ryan Johnson(6-0)and Tanner Dickerson(6-1)on their playoff wins against the Austin Lanier Vikings. Shortstop Alex Batten had a stellar series defensively making several key plays behind Ryan and Tanner.View Previous Selections

Ryan is now 5-0 on the season. Congrats to Alex Batten, Luke Kress, Nathan Harwell and Matthew DelaRosa on going 3 for 8(.375) on the week leading Cedar Park to a 10-2 district record.
