Congratulations to Taylor Tedeschi for being selected as Player of the Week. Taylor has pitched two, one-hit shutouts in as many days for the Lady Dawgs to improve the team's league record to 7-4. The lone hits for each game were infield grounders that the baserunners legged out to get on base. She has kept hit off balance with a nasty combination of fastballs, curveballs and changeups. Great job Taylor, keep up the good work. View Previous Selections

Congratulations to Brittany Ciaramitaro for being selected as Player of the Week. JR./2B, Brittany Ciaramitaro had a tremendous game vs. Floral Park to help end the Lady Dawg's 4-game losing streak. Offensively, Brittany reached base in all four at-bats, going 3 for 4 with 3 runs scored and driving in 4 RBIs. She was a double shy of the cycle and almost hit two home runs if not for a great defensive relay by Floral Park. On defense, Brittany made a couple of nice plays, especially covering 1st base on a bunt late in the 4th inning. View Previous Selections
