  • Byrnes shreds Timberwolves; Rebels awaiting rematch with Mauldin|Posted on: 11/18/2009
    Byrnes shredded the Timberwolves of White Knoll, and now the Rebs await a rematch with the Mauldin Mavericks in Round 2 of the South Carolina State 4-AAAA playoffs. It was no cake walk for the Mavericks the last time they faced Byrnes during week 10. The final score in that game was 72-27. Historically, the Rebs are 11-6 in the second round of the playoffs, and 47-14 all-time during the playoffs. The Mavs are 3-13 all time in the second round, and 3-13 all-time.
