Justin Hughes scored four touchdowns on runs of 65, 68, 9, and 35 yards. He threw one touchdown pass of 71 yards. His total offensive output was 377 yards.
Ryan Sparks had a fumble recovery, an interception, (1) Touchdown reception for 25 yards, (1) Q.B. Sack, and (3) tackles.
Michael Styles had one touchdown run of 53 yards and had 114 total yards on 12 rushes for a 9.5 average per rushing attempt. Defensively he had 8 tackles and 1 tackle for lost yardage.
Justin Hughes rushed for 173 yards on 25 carries and scored (1) T.D. He was 2 of 4 passing for 30 yards and had (4) tackles on defense.
Troy Self scored on a fumble recovery returned for a t.d. He also returned an interception for 42 yards for a t.d.
In addition to Austin Robison, offensive line members; Daniel Honeycutt, Jeremiah Dowell, Dayshawn Blackmon, Daniel Patrella; plus tight ends; Ryan Sparks and Hunter Rathbone paved the way for the Mountaineer offensive backs to gain 310 yards rushing.

Ben Smith & Logan McKinney have been selected as Co-Players of the Week. Smith had (14) tackles, (1) tackle for loss, & (1) pass deflected. McKinney had (13) tackles & (4) pass deflections in the Mountaineers 21-20 win over Hendersonville.
Justin Hughes gained 156 yards rushing on 23 carries and completed 2 of 3 passes for 59 yards. One of which was a crucial completion for 38 yards to Nathaniel Young in the 4th quarter to keep an important drive alive.
Josh McClellan has been selected as the player of the week. He gained 147 yards on 19 attempts and scored (2) touchdowns. He averaged 7.7 yards per attempt.
Justin Hughes has been selected for the Player of the Game versus Avery. He gained 212 yards rushing on 28 carries and scored (3) T.D's. Defensively, he had (5) tackles.
