"Shannon Ferguson Fought threw a broken hand to begin the season cutting off his cast the day before the season started and was found all over the field winning the Most valuable Utility Player of the year in the SEYL. Shannon can do it all with D1 athleticism. At 6'4 and a D1 prospect in basketball Shannon came out and played 5 different positions and was seen Rushing (2), Receiving (1), and Throwing (7) Touchdown passes for the Stars. When called on to step in as full time QB midway through the year Shannon Took the ball and lead an explosive offense into the playoffs completing 52 of 89 passes for 1070 yards nearly a 60% completion and the highest QB rating in the SEYL at 108.4. Shannon threw 7 passes for Touchdowns. Ferguson also lead the league and is in the top 5 in the section in Interceptions picking off 6 interceptions at Free safety. Shannon also was an outstanding punter with a 39 yard average. Awesome Senior year Shannon. "
