Jen Darlak has been named player of the year. "Jen has been a starter on the varsity team since her freshman year. She consistently leads the team in several stat categories, and finished her career at Wilson with 99 hits and 48 stolen bases, earning her a spot in the record books in both categories. During the 2017 season, she led the team in batting average (.457), runs (14), hits (21), stolen bases (10) and RBIs (12). During her 4-year tenure at Wilson, she earned two MVP awards, Honorable Mention All-WNY (junior year) and All-WNY Scholar Athlete status (senior year). Jen is a very coachable player, who consistetnly gave 110% both on and off the field. "
