Colorado High School Softball - Coronado bounces Palmer
September 12, 2018: Colorado Springs, CO 80904 Coronado Cougars (Colorado Springs, CO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Palmer Terrors (Colorado Springs, CO), 19-1 in a league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pine Creek for a 5A Colorado Springs Metro challenge on Monday, September 17. Coronado will face a Eagles squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Palmer falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Terrors travel to Harrison (Colorado Springs, CO) to face the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 14. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 5-9. Harrison won 14-3 in their recent league challenge against Mitchell (Colorado Springs, CO)
