North Saxons (Torrance, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting WISH Academy (Los Angeles, CA), 63-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, North upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Saxons travel to Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 13. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Peninsula won 66-63 in their recent non-league bout against Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA)
