The Mavericks now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Byrnes for a non-league contest on Friday, September 2. Mallard Creek will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 45-0 non-league win over Greer (Greer, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 1-1.
