Desert Chapel Eagles (Palm Springs, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Lake Arrowhead Christian Eagles (Twin Peaks, CA), 41-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Desert Chapel upgrades its record to 7-16 on the season.

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Lee Vining Tigers (Lee Vining, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 14. Lake Arrowhead Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 31-28 league win over Baker (Baker, CA).
