Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Phillips Academy overwhelms Pingree
April 15, 2011: Andover, MA 01810 The Phillips Academy Big Blues triumphed over the visiting Pingree Highlanders lacrosse squad by a score of 16-6 in Friday's league bout.
With the triumph, Phillips Academy upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Big Blues travel to Beaver Country Day (Chestnut Hill, MA) to play the Mariners in a NEPSAC Freelance bout on Wednesday, April 20. The Mariners go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Beaver Country Day won 10-3 in their recent league bout against Gann Academy (Waltham, MA)
With the defeat, Pingree drops to 0-1 on the season. The Highlanders host Buckingham Browne & Nichols (Cambridge, MA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, April 18. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Buckingham Browne & Nichols lost 19-7 in their recent league bout against St. Mark's (Southborough, MA)
