September 24, 2011: Houston, TX 77028 The Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Kashmere Fighting Rams to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.
The Eagles now have a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Kempner for a 5A Region III District 23 game on Tuesday, September 27. Fort Bend Willowridge will meet a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to North Shore (Houston, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 13-12.
The Fighting Rams (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Jones (Houston, TX). The Falcons enter the 4A Region III District 22 game with a 2-3 record.
