The Shelby Valley Wildcats basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the visiting Miller Grove Wolverines to 75 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Pikeville for a District 59 contest on Tuesday, December 15. Shelby Valley will meet a Panthers team coming off a 79-42 non-league win over Rose Hill Christian (Ashland, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 4-1.

The Wolverines (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lithonia (Lithonia, GA). The Bulldogs come into the 6-AAAA contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Lithonia was nudged by Tucker (Tucker, GA), 82-45, in a league contest.
