October 5, 2013: Meridian, ID 83642 The Cole Valley Christian Chargers (Meridian, ID) football nudged the visiting Melba Mustangs (Melba, ID), 17-14 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Chargers face the Nampa Christian Trojans (Nampa, ID) in a 2A Western Idaho bout, on Friday, October 11. Cole Valley Christian will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 36-32 league loss to New Plymouth (New Plymouth, ID).
The Mustangs (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against McCall-Donnelly (McCall, ID). The Vandals enter the 2A Western Idaho bout with a 0-5 record. In their last bout, McCall-Donnelly was nudged by Marsing (Marsing, ID), 59-7, in a league bout.
