The Tri-Central Trojans basketball team (Sharpsville, IN), was nudged 38-36 in Saturday's league battle with the host Sheridan Blackhawks (Sheridan, IN)

The Blackhawks now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. Sheridan will battle a Panthers team coming off a 51-38 league loss to Cass (Walton, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 2-10.

The Trojans (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Peru (Peru, IN). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Peru edged Southwood (Wabash, IN), 56-40, in a league battle.
