October 14, 2016: Park Hill, OK 74451 The Keys Cougars football squad scored 28 points and restricted the visiting Sequoyah Indians to 8 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jay for a 3A District 7 battle on Thursday, October 20. Keys will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 66-0 league loss to Locust Grove (Locust Grove, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-7.
Coming up next, the Indians play the Victory Christian Conquerors (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 20. Sequoyah will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Conquerors enter the battle with a 6-1 record after their 47-8 league win over Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK).
