December 30, 2009: Norcross, GA 30093 The Meadowcreek Mustangs (Norcross, GA) basketball knocked off the visiting Shelby Valley Wildcats (Pikeville, KY), 86-76 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Brookwood (Snellville, GA). The Broncos enter the 8-AAAAA contest with a 1-6 record. In their last contest, Brookwood was defeated by Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA), 52-48, in a non-league contest.
The Wildcats (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Buckhorn (Buckhorn, KY). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Buckhorn was defeated by Perry County Central (Hazard, KY), 56-47, in a league contest.
