Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD) and the visiting Paul VI Panthers (Fairfax, VA), saw St. Mary's Ryken's basketball squad hold off Paul VI by a score of 59-53.

With the victory, St. Mary's Ryken improves its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The travel to Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC) to battle the Lions in a Washington Catholic challenge on Friday, February 17. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 15-11.
