The Poly Parrots topped the host Marshall Barristers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Parrots now have a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maywood Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, September 26. Poly will confront a Nighthawks team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over South East (South Gate, CA). The Nighthawks record now stands at 3-0.

The Barristers (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Valley Alternative Magnet (Lake Balboa, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Valley Alternative Magnet was knocked off by Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
