Colorado High School Volleyball - Pueblo County can't hold off Mesa Ridge
September 12, 2009: Colorado Springs, CO 80911 The Pueblo County Hornets volleyball team (Pueblo, CO), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Mesa Ridge Grizzlies (Colorado Springs, CO)
The Grizzlies (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Englewood (Englewood, CO). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Englewood was edged by Westminster (Westminster, CO), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hornets encounter the Palisade Bulldogs (Palisade, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 12. Pueblo County will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Delta (Delta, CO).
