In Friday's league match, the visiting Narragansett Mariners basketball team scored a tight 74-68 triumph over the Barrington Eagles.

With the victory, Narragansett improves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Mariners host Westerly (Westerly, RI) to confront the Bulldogs in a Division II challenge on Wednesday, January 17. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 7-3.

Next up, the Eagles confront the West Warwick Wizards (West Warwick, RI) in a Division II challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Barrington will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record.
