Durango Demons (Durango, CO) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Fruita Monument Wildcats (Fruita, CO), 8-7 in a non-league battle.

The Demons now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Aspen for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 16.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 4. Fruita Monument will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
