The South Shore Vikings basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Boys & Girls Kangaroos to 58 in the Vikings league victory on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast for a non-league contest on Monday, December 19.

The Kangaroos (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Patterson (Baltimore, MD). The Clippers come into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Patterson edged Du Bois (Baltimore, MD), 76-38, in a non-league contest.
