April 26, 2013: El Segundo, CA 90245 The El Segundo Eagles baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Lawndale Cardinals to 0 in the Eagles league win on Friday.
With the win, El Segundo upgrades its record to 14-11 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA) to battle the Knights in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 27. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 4-15. Bishop Montgomery lost 10-1 in their recent league challenge against Serra (Gardena, CA)
With the defeat, Lawndale falls to 9-10 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Torrance (Torrance, CA) to battle the Tartars in a Pioneer challenge on Wednesday, May 1.
