Central Rebels (Park Hills, MO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host DeSoto Dragons (DeSoto, MO), 68-14 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Central upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Rebels host Hillsboro (Hillsboro, MO) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 6. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 4-4. Hillsboro won 48-39 in their recent non-league bout against Jefferson (St. Louis, MO)

Next up, the Dragons play the St. Pius X Lancers (Festus, MO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 20. DeSoto will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Lancers come into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 71-60 non-league win over Hancock (St. Louis, MO).
