The Marvin Ridge basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Robinson Bulldogs to 50 in the non-league triumph on Friday.

The now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ardrey Kell for a non-league match on Monday, December 12. Marvin Ridge will face a Knights team coming off a 67-16 league win over South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Knights record now stands at 6-1.

With the defeat, Robinson moves to 1-2 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC) to face the Wonders in a 3A South Piedmont match on Tuesday, December 13. The Wonders enter the match with a record of 2-3. A.L. Brown won 51-41 in their recent non-league match against South Rowan (China Grove, NC)
