Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets (Lakeside, AZ) and the visiting St. Johns Redskins (St. Johns, AZ), saw Blue Ridge's basketball squad wallop St. Johns by a count of 74-31.

With the victory, Blue Ridge upgrades its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Yellow Jackets travel to Snowflake (Snowflake, AZ) to play the Lobos in a 3A East challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Lobos come into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Snowflake won 71-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Thatcher (Thatcher, AZ)
