Pennsylvania High School Football - General McLane trounces Meadville
October 16, 2010: Edinboro, PA 16412 In Saturday's non-league match, the host General McLane Lancers football squad scored a big 49-14 victory over the Meadville Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Fairview Tigers (Fairview, PA) in a District 10 Region 4 AA match, on Friday, October 22. General McLane will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 6-1 record after their 14-12 league win over Girard (Girard, PA).
The Bulldogs (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Oil City (Oil City, PA). The Oilers enter the non-league match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, Oil City was crushed by Grove City (Grove City, PA), 35-17, in a league match.
