The Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Red Rock Central Falcons to 43 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Minnesota Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Southwest Minnesota Christian will meet a Bluejays team coming off a 52-45 non-league loss to Lakeview (Cottonwood, MN). The Bluejays record now stands at 3-14.
The Falcons (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Westbrook, MN). The Chargers enter the Red Rock contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Westbrook-Walnut Grove triumphed over Heron Lake-Okabena (Okabena, MN), 75-45, in a league contest.
