Game Summary
The Warriors were warned before the game not to take Foothills lightly. According to scores and stats, they were no longer simply the punching bag they had been in the past. The TCA guys were encouraged to come out strong in the first half and put in several early goals in order to stamp their authority on the game. The Warriors scored early, but despite controlling the game and getting a number of good shots, it took a while for them to really open things up. That changed though, starting in the 30th minute, and over a 10 minute stretch the Warriors tallied 4 more, ending the half up 5-0. Numerous subs were able to come in to the game in the first half, and that continued in the second. The subs played well with their more experienced teammates, and the Warriors scored another 3 in the second half. Overall, it was a good showing against a fairly weak opponent.
