October 7, 2016: Mascoutah, IL 62258 The Mascoutah Indians football team (Mascoutah, IL), was knocked off 63-51 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Jersey Panthers (Jerseyville, IL)
The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Highland (Highland, IL). The Bulldogs come into the Mississippi Valley challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Highland knocked off Triad (Troy, IL), 24-0, in a league challenge.
The Indians now sport a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waterloo for a Mississippi Valley challenge on Friday, October 14. Mascoutah will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 20-15 league loss to Civic Memorial (Bethalto, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.
