California High School Softball - Saint Francis can't hold off Soquel

The Soquel Knights softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Saint Francis Lancers to 9 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Soquel improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Knights travel to Varsity Opponent (, ) to clash with the in a non-league game on Saturday, March 7. The come into the game with a record of 7-10.

In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 7. Saint Francis will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Bruins come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA).
