The Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) softball routed the visiting Tempe Buffaloes (Tempe, AZ), 13-4 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Knights (11-6) will now prepare for their bout against Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ). The Black Hawks go into the 4A East Sky bout with a 13-12 record. In their last bout, Williams Field was routed by Maricopa (Maricopa, AZ), 12-7, in a league bout.
