Texas High School Basketball - Slaton overwhelms Lockney
November 30, 2010: Slaton, TX 79364 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Slaton Tigers (Slaton, TX) and the visiting Lockney Longhorns (Lockney, TX), saw Slaton's basketball squad trounce Lockney by a score of 86-43.
With the victory, Slaton improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Dimmitt (Dimmitt, TX) to play the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 2. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Dimmitt won 49-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Olton (Olton, TX)
Next up, the Longhorns play the Smyer Bobcats (Smyer, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 7. Lockney will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
