Game Summary
A clash between two rivals. The Northwest Jaguars edged the Quince Orchard Cougars 8 to 6. It was a game of offensive and defensive miscues. For most part of the game pitching was not great as both teams had a great day offensively. The Jaguars took command early by scoring 5 runs in the second inning. But the Cougars quickly responded with a four run third inning. Both teams went back and fourth until the final out. Defensive miscues is what doomed the Cougars, in the bottom of the second inning a couple of booted balls set up Northwest with great scoring chances. Once the Jaguars took the early they never looked back. Don't be suprised to see these two teams play again come playoff time.
