Washington, DC High School Basketball - Herndon edges Maret

The Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA) basketball nipped the host Maret Frogs (Washington, DC), 63-60 in Friday's non-league test.

The Hornets (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Robinson (Fairfax, VA). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Robinson got by Falls Church (Falls Church, VA), 63-36, in a non-league test.

The Frogs now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Saint John Paul the Great Catholic for a non-league test on Monday, December 11. Maret will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 64-47 non-league loss to Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Wolves record now stands at 1-1.
