The St. Francis Lancers basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Menlo-Atherton Bears to 42 in the Lancers non-league victory on Friday.

The Lancers now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archbishop Mitty for a West Catholic contest on Tuesday, January 7. St. Francis will battle a Monarchs team coming off a 66-49 non-league loss to Monte Vista (Danville, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 8-2.

The Bears (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, Half Moon Bay dropped by Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA), 49-35, in a non-league contest.
