California High School Football - Woodland Christian overwhelms West Campus
September 17, 2011: Woodland, CA 95776 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Woodland Christian Cardinals (Woodland, CA) and the visiting West Campus Warriors (Sacramento, CA), observed Woodland Christian's football squad bounce West Campus by a count of 50-12.
The Cardinals now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Foresthill for a Sacramento Metro contest on Friday, September 23. Woodland Christian will play a Wildfires squad coming off a 51-6 league win over Valley Christian (Roseville, CA). The Wildfires record now stands at 3-1.
Coming up next, the Warriors play the California School for the Deaf Eagles (Fremont, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 22. West Campus will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 56-7 non-league win over Mission San Jose (Fremont, CA).
