Kennedy Eagles (Taylor, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Detroit Public Safety Academy Eagles (Detroit, MI), 72-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Kennedy upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to River Rouge (River Rouge, MI) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 6. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
