January 21, 2017: Chicago, IL 60618 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the La Lumiere Lakers (LaPorte, IN) and the host DePaul College Prep Rams (Chicago, IL), saw La Lumiere's basketball squad overcome DePaul College Prep by a tally of 70-59.
With the victory, La Lumiere improves its record to 18-1 on the campaign. The Lakers host Gary Roosevelt (Gary, IN) to confront the Panthers in a Freelance challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Gary Roosevelt lost 69-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Andrean (Merrillville, IN)
Next up, the Rams confront the Hoffman Estates Hawks (Hoffman Estates, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. DePaul College Prep will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record.
