Florida High School Football - Florida School for the Deaf beat Halifax Academy

The Halifax Academy football team (Daytona Beach, FL), was beaten 33-22 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Florida School for the Deaf Dragons (St. Augustine, FL)

The Dragons (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Oak Hall (Gainesville, FL). The Eagles come into the North Florida challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Oak Hall achieved victory over Aucilla Christian (Monticello, FL), 28-7, in a league challenge.

The now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seffner Christian for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 11. Halifax Academy will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 37-21 league loss to Carrollwood Day (Tampa, FL). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-1.
