In Friday's league match, the visiting Bald Eagle Area Bald Eagles football squad scored a good 54-28 victory over the Central Dragons.

In their next game, the Bald Eagles clash with the Tyrone Golden Eagles (Tyrone, PA) in a Mountain match, on Friday, September 28. Bald Eagle Area will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the match with a 4-1 record after their 31-14 league loss to Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA).

The Dragons (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Philipsburg-Osceola (Philipsburg, PA). The Mountaineers enter the Mountain match with a 0-5 record. In their last match, Philipsburg-Osceola dropped by Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA), 31-13, in a non-league match.
