February 11, 2012: Newark, IL 60541 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Newark Norsemen basketball team scored a tight 58-57 triumph over the Nokomis Redskins.
In their next game, the Norsemen confront the Gardner-South Wilmington Panthers (Gardner, IL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 14. Newark will attempt to better on its 15-11 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 9-12 record after their 67-56 league win over Illinois Lutheran (Crete, IL).
