Michigan High School Basketball - Northwestern topples Detroit Community
December 28, 2009: Flint, MI 48505 In Monday's league outing, the Northwestern Wildcats (Flint, MI) basketball squad beat the visiting Detroit Community Hurricanes (Detroit, MI), by a margin of 82-62.
The Wildcats (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Beecher (Flint, MI). The Buccaneers go into the Freelance outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Beecher was topped by Southfield-Lathrup (Lathrup Village, MI), 66-52, in a non-league outing.
The Hurricanes now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Westside Christian Academy for a Freelance outing on Wednesday, January 13.
