Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX) and the host Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX), saw Austin's basketball squad hold off Americas by a score of 58-55.

With the victory, Austin improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Eastwood (El Paso, TX) to battle the Troopers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 12. The Troopers come into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Eastwood won 43-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Mountain View (El Paso, TX)

Next up, the Trail Blazers battle the Mountain View Lobos (El Paso, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 12. Americas will attempt to improve on its 10-2 season record. The Lobos come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 43-26 non-league loss to Eastwood (El Paso, TX).
