The Boyd Yellowjackets football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Ponder Lions to 7 in the Yellowjackets league win on Friday.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Paradise for a 3A-1 Region I District 4 battle on Friday, October 23. Boyd will play a Panthers squad coming off a 55-7 league loss to Breckenridge (Breckenridge, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 2-5.
