Tennessee High School Baseball - Jackson University holds off Brentwood
March 28, 2009: Jackson, TN 38305 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Jackson University Bruins (Jackson, TN) and the visiting Brentwood Bruins (Brentwood, TN), saw Jackson University's baseball squad knock off Brentwood by a count of 9-5.
Coming up next, the Bruins play the Haywood Tomcats (Brownsville, TN) in a AA District 14 battle, on Monday, March 30. Jackson University will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
The Bruins now possess a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hillwood for a AAA District 11 battle on Monday, March 30.
