California High School Basketball - Central Valley Christian can't hold off Selma
February 2, 2018: Visalia, CA 93277 The Selma Bears basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Central Valley Christian Cavaliers to 47 in the Bears league victory on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Exeter for a contest on Tuesday, February 6. Selma will battle a Monarchs team coming off a 64-50 league loss to Immanuel (Reedley, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-15.
The Cavaliers (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against Kingsburg (Kingsburg, CA). The Vikings come into the contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Kingsburg was nudged by Dinuba (Dinuba, CA), 66-53, in a league contest.
