February 2, 2013: Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 Camden Catholic Fighting Irish (Cherry Hill, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Paul VI Eagles (Haddonfield, NJ), 50-42 in a league bout.
With the win, Camden Catholic upgrades its record to 11-4 on the season. The Fighting Irish travel to Bishop Eustace Prep (Pennsauken, NJ) to play the Crusaders in a Olympic - National bout on Tuesday, February 5. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 11-6. Bishop Eustace Prep lost 55-54 in their recent non-league bout against Eastern (Voorhees, NJ)
Next up, the Eagles play the Woodrow Wilson Tigers (Camden, NJ) in a Olympic - National bout, on Tuesday, February 5. Paul VI will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-15 record after their 73-46 non-league loss to Shawnee (Medford, NJ).
