Nebraska High School Basketball - Twin River tops Cross County

Twin River Titans (Genoa, NE) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Cross County Cougars (Stromsburg, NE), 46-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Twin River upgrades its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Wisner-Pilger (Wisner, NE) to play the Gators in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Gators come into the bout with a record of 5-10. Wisner-Pilger won 56-48 in their recent league bout against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE)

Next up, the Cougars play the David City Scouts (David City, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 12. Cross County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Scouts come into the bout with a 5-8 record after their 53-39 non-league win over Raymond Central (Raymond, NE).
